A selection of papers in German and English will be published by Frank & Timme in 2016 as a part of their TransÜD series, which features works on the theory and practice of translation & interpreting. All submissions will undergo a peer review process.
The submission deadline is Friday, January 8, 2016. Instructions regarding length, formatting, etc. can be found on our style sheet. In addition to following standard conventions for academic writing, please ensure that the content of your work has a clear connection to one of the conference themes.
As a part of the symposium, there will be three round-table discussions. These discussions may also be published in the conference proceedings. For this reason, we plan on recording the round tables. If you are participating in a round-table discussion but would prefer that the discussion not be recorded, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible. (The recording of a round table does not guarantee that it will appear in the conference proceedings. We will not publish any discussion content without first obtaining the permission of the participants.)
